1. External AC380V three-phase four-wire power supply requires zero line. Add hydraulic oil (68# for tropics and 32# for cold regions) to at least 80% of the mailbox capacity or the upper limit of the noodle meter.
2. Turn on the switch, the power indicator light is on.

3. First press the motor ON, and then press the motor OFF immediately to observe whether the motor is running correctly (the fan blade cover is marked with an arrow in the direction of rotation). If it is correct, restart the motor ON. If it is not correct, adjust the phase of the power supply, and then start the motor ON.

4. The hydraulic oil pressure of this hydraulic press machine has two operation modes: manual and automatic.
Manual: Pull the manual/automatic selector switch to the manual position, press the jog push button to switch the cylinder down, and stop going down after letting go. If the cylinder needs to jog downward, press the jog push button, and the cylinder will jog downward. In the same way, press the jog to rise, the cylinder rises and the inch to rise. The manual function is used for the user to assemble the fixture and the correction and adjustment of the mold.
Automatic: Pull the manual/automatic selector switch to the automatic position, then activate the double button on the front of the machine (or step on the foot switch), the cylinder goes down, the cylinder goes down is controlled by the depression timer, and the longer the depression timer is adjusted The longer the pressing stroke is, and the time set by the pressing timer is up, the cylinder will rise; the rise of the cylinder is controlled by the rising timer, and the longer the rising timer is adjusted, the higher the rising stroke (subject to the length of the cylinder), When the ascending time is up, the cylinder stops ascending. An action process ends (the length of the pressing time and the rising time can be adjusted according to the needs of the user to process the product). When the oil cylinder is going down, in case of emergency, you can press the button switch of the sudden rise, and the oil cylinder will rise immediately, which plays a protective role.
5. Pressure adjustment: There is a pressure adjustment valve near the motor oil pump of the machine. Turning clockwise increases pressure; turning counterclockwise decreases pressure.
