The processing technology of the automobile door panel includes the processes of drawing, trimming and punching, flanging and shaping. Each process requires a corresponding mold, and the basic shape of the car door panel is formed through the drawing process. Various tonnages of automobile door panel stretching hydraulic presses can be customized according to customer needs.
1. Cut the metal sheet to obtain a certain size of the blank of the car door panel.
2. The car door panel blanks are stretched through the forming die, so that the car door panel blanks are integrally stretched to form a main board, a wall panel located around the main board and perpendicular to the main board, and two convex cavities symmetrically distributed on the main board. The protruding cavity is used to install electrical components.
3. Turn a pair of locating grooves on the outer surface of the main board, and the pair of locating grooves correspond to the two convex cavities one-to-one.
4. Punch out the germination holes located in the two convex cavities through the automobile door panel stretching hydraulic press mold.
5. Drill holes in the center of a pair of positioning grooves and on the wall.
6. Perform surface treatment on the workpiece that has completed the above steps.

7. The surface-treated workpiece is transported to the thermal lamination equipment through the conveying device, and the thermal lamination equipment is used to laminate the film on the outer surface of the workpiece.
