Hydraulic Press System - Working Pressure

When the external load is fixed, the higher the system pressure is selected, the smaller the geometric size of each hydraulic component is, and a lighter and more compact structure can be obtained. Especially for large excavators, it is more important to select a higher working pressure.The working pressure of the primary selection system is not equal to the actual working pressure of the system. After the system design is completed, according to the load cycle diagram of the actuator, according to the selected effective area of the two chambers of the hydraulic cylinder and the displacement of the hydraulic motor, convert and draw the pressure. Cycle diagram, and then take into account the pressure losses of the pipeline system, according to the type of system composition, and finally obtain the system load pressure and its variation law.
To determine the working pressure, the national series of standard values should be selected, my country's "nominal pressure and flow series" (JB824-66), of which the nominal pressure series values applicable to hydraulic press machines are: 8, 10, 12.5, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40MPa.
