The heating method adopts heat conduction oil heating, the temperature can reach 200 degrees, and the error is within 5 degrees. It is a hot pressing molding machine that controls temperature through PID intelligent adjustment. 
The control adopts segmental heating, segmental pressure (increasing pressure), gradual heating, boosting, pressure-holding and solidification control, and multi-stage slow-speed pressurization.

Controllable pressure: pressure 160t (600*600, suitable for sheets below 1.0). Common pressures are 100T, 300T, etc. One out of two, one mold in 10 minutes. The upper and lower plates are heated at a temperature of about 140°.

Heating temperature: 0-300°C.
Temperature control method: PLC computer control, segmental temperature control, curve temperature rise.
Pressure control method: PLC computer control, can be divided into multi-stage pressurization.

Heating process: The heating process can be set to multi-stage heating, and the PLC controls the temperature to make the temperature accurate. Independently control heating up and down: 0 to 300 degrees.
