Brief description of the production process of CCS integrated busbar of battery pack:

Film cutting: use the film cutting machine to cut the insulating film to obtain the size required by the product, produce the scrap material S1, and use the cutting machine to cut the silicone plate and Teflon board to the required size.

Clear film: remove the cut diaphragm from the film cutting machine, check whether the diaphragm is uniform with your eyes, and clean out the unqualified diaphragm. 

Pre-assembly: After the cutting of silicone plate, Teflon and insulating diaphragm, Teflon board, silicone plate, insulating diaphragm, electronic materials, aluminum sheet, copper sheet, etc. are pre-assembled in layers according to the requirements.

Pressing: Put the pre-assembled semi-finished products into the mold, and use a hydraulic press to heat press them under electric heating at 160ºC, so that the insulating film, silicone plate and other materials are tightly bonded.

Semi-finished products CCD (appearance and visual inspection equipment) detection: mainly for semi-finished products to detect foreign objects, scratches, indentations, ear defects, pollution, corrosion, pits, tabs burns, character blur and other appearance defect detection, which belongs to physical testing.

Welding: mainly for the welding of metal parts and injection molded parts, including laser welding and ultrasonic welding, among which laser welding is used for metal parts processing, and ultrasonic welding is used for plastic parts.

Disassembly/insertion of temperature sensing: fastening assembly with fastener rivets and various purchased aluminum parts, copper parts, plastic parts, and temperature sensing equipment after welding and pressing.

Finished CCD inspection: detection of foreign objects, scratches, indentations, defective ears, contamination, corrosion, pits, burns and other appearance defects after the above operations; 

Cleaning: The product is wiped with cotton cloth dipped in alcohol to clean and disinfect to produce clean exhaust gas G2.

Finished product inspection: the final inspection of the product is all physical testing. Produce unqualified S4, and the product is packaged into storage after passing the inspection.
