This cold forging press is eight sides guiding structure, enlarge guiding area, greatly improved incline load proof capacity. Our cold forging press capacity ranges from 5 to 5000 tons, working table, stroke, open height, and machine size are customized according to clients' requirements.

Quick response of system, numerical control system, the energy-saving rate of oil pump can reach 40% -80%. Microcomputer closed-loop heating control system, temperature control can reach ±2℃, mold heating energy saving more than 10%.

This cold forging press was mainly applicable to metal materials of cold extrusion, forming, shallow, drawing and blanking purposes such as: automobile gears, car universal joints, motorcycle spare parts, cell phone casing, LED radiator, aluminum heat sink, watchband, watchcase and hardware tools etc.Stamping, forming, shallow, drawing and pressing assembly etc. Especially suitable for the precision molding parts.
