The 2000-ton four-beam and four-column hydraulic press is a typical structure of the 2000-ton hydraulic press. It is characterized in that the main frame of the machine is composed of four beams and four columns. This four-beam and four-column hydraulic press can be used for stretch forming or powder product molding. In the powder forming hydraulic press, the demoulding beam is mainly used to install the mold cavity and slide up and down for demoulding. In the sheet metal stretching hydraulic press, the sliding beam is used as a stretching beam, and the edge holder beam is mainly used for edge pressing.

1. The fuselage is a four-beam and four-column structure, and the stress-bearing parts have been optimized to design, beautiful in appearance, and economical and applicable.
2. The volume of the liquid filling tank is enlarged to ensure fast liquid filling and reduce pressurization time. Increasing the heat dissipation area can quickly reduce the oil temperature.
3. The end modulus of the four beams of the main engine is relatively large, which improves the rigidity of the four beams and greatly prolongs the service life.
4. Both the main cylinder and the piston rod are made of high-quality forgings, which improves the reliability.
5. The main rod adopts a four-nut structure, which improves the preload performance and can maintain the stability of precision for a long time.
6. The surface of the piston rod and column is quenched and plated with hard chrome, which improves the wear resistance and prevents surface corrosion and scratches.
7. The advanced cartridge valve is adopted, which has a compact structure, reduces pipeline connections, improves the sealing performance of the system, and reduces leakage.
8. The power system adopts oil-immersed vertical pump set. Reduce noise, good oil absorption effect, and increase the service life of hydraulic pumps.
9. The pressure gauge adopts shockproof pressure gauge, and a pressure gauge section door is set for easy maintenance. The main cylinder is sealed with high-quality imported sealing rings.
10. The electrical control system has two control schemes, relay and PLC, to choose from. The electrical system controlled by PLC is sensitive, reliable and flexible; the operation buttons are concentrated on the panel and equipped with movable button stations, which is easy to operate; There are two operation modes in the secondary cycle. The movable beam (i.e., the slider) can realize two control modes of fixed distance and constant pressure, with functions such as pressure maintenance and time delay; the working pressure and stroke size can be adjusted within the specified range according to the process requirements .
