1. Daily maintenance
● Cleaning work

For example, when stretching metal sheets, the debris on the cutting edge is easy to fall on the workbench. If it is not cleaned, it may scratch the mold or affect the accuracy of the next stretching. You can use a clean rag to wipe the workbench and mold. For oil stains that are difficult to remove, you can use a special metal cleaning agent. Clean the cooling system of the hydraulic press regularly. If it is a water-cooled hydraulic press, impurities in the water may scale in the cooling pipe, affecting the heat dissipation effect. ● Check the hydraulic oil

The oil level can be checked by the oil level gauge on the hydraulic oil tank, and the oil level should be kept within the specified range of the oil level gauge.
Check the quality of hydraulic oil regularly (such as every three months). During long-term use, hydraulic oil may be contaminated and mixed with water, impurities, etc. The quality of hydraulic oil can be judged by testing its viscosity, acid value and other indicators. If the quality of hydraulic oil deteriorates, it should be replaced in time.
● Check the connection of each component
Check whether the pipeline connection of the hydraulic press is tight. Because the pressure in the pipeline is high when the hydraulic system is working, if the pipeline joint is loose, it may cause hydraulic oil leakage. You can preliminarily judge whether there is leakage by observing whether there is oil stain at the pipeline joint, and tighten the joint appropriately with a wrench.
Check whether the mold is installed firmly. During the stretching process, the mold is subjected to a large force. If it is not installed firmly, it may cause the mold to shift and affect the product quality. After each mold replacement, carefully check whether the fixing bolts of the mold are tightened.

● Hydraulic system maintenance
Check the working condition of the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump is the core component of the hydraulic system. Listen to whether the sound when it is working is normal. If there is abnormal noise, it may be that the internal parts of the pump are worn or air is inhaled. At the same time, check whether the seal of the hydraulic pump is intact to prevent hydraulic oil leakage.
Clean or replace the filter of the hydraulic system. The filter can filter impurities in the hydraulic oil to prevent it from entering the hydraulic components and causing damage. As the use time increases, the filter will gradually become clogged. Generally, the filter should be cleaned or replaced every certain period of time (depending on the working environment and frequency, such as 1-3 months).
● Electrical system maintenance
Check the electrical components in the electrical control cabinet. Check whether the wiring of components such as contactors and relays is loose and whether the contacts are good. Because during the operation of the hydraulic press, the electrical system will frequently operate, which may easily lead to loose wiring. At the same time, clean the dust in the electrical control cabinet. Excessive dust accumulation may cause faults such as short circuits. Check the operation of the motor. Including the temperature and speed of the motor. If the motor temperature is too high, it may be that the motor is overloaded or the heat dissipation is poor.
