 Precautions for starting up the hydraulic press machine. Today, we will lists thee steps for normal starting of the hydraulic press.

1. Check whether the hydraulic oil pump, control valve, and pressure gauge are normal, and whether the oil temperature is within the allowable range;
2. Check whether the mold has cracks and whether the fastening screws are loose;
3. Turn on the power switch of the four-column hydraulic press and start the cooling cycle motor;
4. Start the main oil pump motor of the hydraulic machine;

5. Check the oil level of each oil tank, whether there is oil leakage in each oil circuit and hydraulic pipe fittings, and whether each connection piece is loose;

6. Check the deflection of the pressure pointer of the pressure gauge. If you find that it is swinging or not moving, you should stop and check the rated pressure of the equipment, and do not exceed the limit during use:

Adjust the working mode switch to the 0 position, perform manual operation, check whether the upper and lower limit switches of the movable beam are safe and reliable, whether there is abnormal noise in the hydraulic system of the hydraulic press, whether the photoelectric eye, operation buttons, emergency stop switch, and safety protection devices are flexible and reliable ;

9. After everything is normal, select the work switch according to the required work mode.
